Sending Domains

Here you can set and manage your sending domains.

Sending domains are domains that you would like to be visible for sending your emails to subscribers. By default this is set to 'mailing-software@zuitte.com' however, if you own your own domain such as 'example.com' and would like your emails to appear that they are coming from such you may do so by following the procedure below:

Important! You must own the domain in question and have control/access to its DNS records for verification.

Setup

  1. To add a new sending domain, click the 'Domains' tab, then 'Sending Domains',
  2. Then click 'Create New',
  3. Enter the desired domain name in the 'Domain Name' field.
  4. Click 'Save Changes' to generate your unique Dkim values and the TXT records used for verifying your domain.
  5. Open up a new tab and login to the hosting company where you have access to the DNS records of the chosen domain name (ie. Godaddy, Wix, Squarespace, Namecheap, Etc)
  6. Add two new TXT records with your unique values provided when setting up your sending domain with Zuitte. For TXT record #1 enter "mailer._domainkey" as the 'Hostname' and the unique code (without quotation marks) starting with "v=" as the TXT 'Value'. For TXT record #2 enter "@" as the 'Hostname' and the unique code (without quotation marks) starting with "v=" as the TXT 'Value'.
  7. Save your records, head back over to your Zuitte email page, and click 'Verify Domain'.
  8. Your sending domain is now verified and ready for sending in your new campaign.

My unique code is too long. What do I do?

If the first code is too long it can be split up into two seperate TXT records. For example, for TXT record #1 enter "mailer._domainkey" as the 'Hostname' and as much of the unique code (without quotation marks) as possible starting with "v=" as the TXT 'Value'. Then create a second record with the same "mailer._domainkey" as the 'Hostname' and add the remaining code in the 'value' field.

Note: If your sending domain fails to verify it might be that your DNS records have not completely propagated yet. This process can take upto 48 hours so please be patient. If you are still having trouble please feel free to reach out to us either via support@zuitte.com or using the chat below and we'll happily assist you further.
